😍 Flat over Roath Pleasure Gardens

Hi

I’m Shauna, I have a spare room in my flat which I share with my two lovely pedigree cats Jules and Ralph. Ralph is a baby Persian and is a cute little fluff ball and Jules is a Ragdoll, they’re both house cats and are clean, friendly and affectionate.

I’m a lawyer working in the city centre and enjoy going to the gym and socialising, often on wellfield road in my spare time.

I’m looking for a housemate to share the flat with, someone who wants to share a home as friends rather than just renting a room.

I am officially moving in at the end of April but am taking the lease over from a friend who currently lives at the property and looking for someone who wants to move in anytime from 1 May onwards.
