Warm and bright master double bedroom in a 3 bedroom terraced house on Ordell street in Splott. Less than a 20 minute walk into Cardiff central, always lots of free on-street parking. Big Lidl shop just 4 streets away.

The house has 2 toilets, 1 shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, Hive home heating, virgin fibre broadband, netflix, virgin TV - all bills included. Lodger insurance included and registered.

There is a brand new multipoint lock front and back door - fully double glazed throughout.

I bought the house 2 years ago and have fully renovated it throughout, all that is left to do is some cosmetic work outside and finish the garden fence once b&q re-opens. The garden is huge for cardiff, and a bonus considering a lot of people being in self isolation.

Although I’m technically a live-in landlord, I assure you I’m the most chilled out and casual landlord you will ever have. I have lived in over 20 shared houses before buying this place so I know what it’s like. All I ask is that you clean up what mess you make and pay your rent on time.

Only myself (a&e nurse) and a teacher called kat live in the house. We had a masters student in the room until last week when his course was cancelled at short notice.

We’re a pretty quiet, chilled and respectful household; if you party hard this won’t be the place for you. We both spend most of our time in our rooms, so the (double) lounge is almost always free. If you’re a hermit like us, you will love this place. I am indifferent to age, race, gender, religion etc.

Strictly no couples, no drugs, no regular overnight guests (insurance thing), no smoking (vaping ok) or heavy drinkers. You will need to provide evidence of full time employment or education and a character reference.

Priority will be given to NHS workers like myself or shift workers.

I’m very flexible with stays and can provide a month to month contract if needed. I have a lot more photos of the property but am limited to posting 4 on here.
