Double Room in the Heath

Hi, I’m Rob, and I'm a live out landlord. I'm looking for two tenant to share the house with current housemates. They're tidy, respectful, and although busy, like to have a chat and socialise in the evenings whenever possible.

The rooms available are a really spacious double with recently refurbished wooden floors and comes fully furnished with south facing full sized window, and a smaller sized room which also comes with a three quarter bed, with lovely renovated wooden floors. The house comes with a patio, garden and bike storage, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The property includes a main living room, and separate dining room. The kitchen comes with a gas oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. Both rooms cost cover all bills (council tax, internet, water) but excludes gas and electric which typically runs to around £20 per month each.

The property is a 10 minute cycle/30 minute walk into the city center with local shops less than a few minutes walk away and a large supermarket about a 5 minute drive away. Also close by is the Heath hospital around a 10 minute walk and 20 minute walk to main university buildings.
