About Myself / What I am after in a House Mate:

- 28 y. o Male Computer Programmer.

- Work from home 2-3 times a week (have office in my bedroom, so won't take over living room).

- Fairly Introverted, so a house mate who is not a party animal / does not require mates over all the time is essential. More than up for regular drinks, gaming sessions, TV binges and pub visits however.

- Very neat and organised, like to maintain a clean house. I would like someone with a similar attitude towards cleaning.

- Try my best to stay healthy but will destroy a takeaway on command. Usually exercise alone but open to the idea of a workout partner if you prefer exercising with company.

- Recently Vegetarian again, so up for a Veggie/Vegan to help me stay the course.

- I have a partner who will be coming back to Wales once the COVID-19 situation has cleared. She will be living in N. Wales but visiting weekly / every other week.
As such, I have no issues with you having a partner over for a few days at a time, but this would need to be communicated and agreed beforehand. I will also do the same so that nobody's space is ever invaded.

The house was originally unfurnished, so all the furniture, etc. belongs to myself. Your room as such is unfurnished, except for a new, large white wardrobe.

I plan on moving out in approximately 2 years, so if you are looking for an extended stay, furniture / a new house mate is something you would need to consider. I will give you plenty (3-6 months) notice when I start planning and will continue paying Rent / Bills up to the contract date.

There is a spare upstairs room (4.6m x 2.48m) which is currently not used. For a slight increase on the above rent, this room could be adapted to a hobby room or home office.

- No Smoking Indoors, Vaping is fine (I use an e-cig myself)

- No Dogs or Cats (Hard clause on all my Tenancy Contracts). No exceptions sorry.
