We are a group of 4 girls going into our 2nd year at Cardiff University. We are looking for someone to take the 5th room in our property, ideally a student, undergrad or postgrad. The house is a brand new renovation, with a new kitchen and bathrooms. It is fully furnished and ready to be lived in. We have an outside garden. On a great street, only a short walk into Cardiff University central campus and Cardiff City Centre.
