Double Bedroom in Canton

The property is three floors, 30 minute walk into city centre, and a 5 minute walk to Cardiff City Stadium. We are 5 minute walk to both train and bus stations into city centre. We have free parking with plenty of spaces and an allocated parking space, with a garage. We have a good size double bedroom with a shared bathroom with 2 other people. There is a living room, utility, kitchen and a nice size garden.
We are a friendly house, who like to go out on the weekends, but also like staying in and chatting.
The bedroom is £400 all bills included (depending on the bills).
