It's in a great location, just behind Wellfield Road, close to Roath Park and a regular bus service to the city centre. Street parking is available, but you would need to purchase a resident permit. We are close to many supermarkets, shops and restaurants, but the street is very quiet and friendly. The rent is £450 a month (bills included).
My name is Iona, I'm a secondary school teacher, and I live with Steve who works in public transport. We are both easy-going people who enjoy relaxing in the living room with a glass of wine occasionally. We're not party animals but we do enjoy socialising.
