Short term let - available until September

Hello!

I am a student heading home for the summer months and so my room is empty until early/mid September. It is an ideal stop-gap for someone who wants to move out of their current home now and needs a few more weeks to find their next home, or for someone who is visiting the area over the summer.

This is a lovely big room in a friendly house, with lots of space in the communal areas - kitchen, living area, sunny garden, bathroom, and an extra loo upstairs.

Bills are included in the rent, with all the other things you could need like a washing machine and even a printer!

I am leaving a few things tucked away under the bed and on top of the wardrobe in the room, but there is still plenty of space for you and your things (see pictures)! I have left space under the bed and in the wardrobe for you :)

It is a warm and friendly home, with movie nights, and lots of hanging out and having meaningful conversations.

You would be welcomed into the house for the time you were here. In return, we would expect you to clean up after yourself in the communal areas, and be respectful to the other members of the household.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you!! If you don't have early bird access, just show interest, and either me, or my housemate/landlady will get back to you.
