Just a minute's walk from the buzzing Crwys Road which has many shops, restaurants, pubs, and a bus stop. It is just a short walk into the city centre and is close to the beautiful Roath lake and park. The University Hospital of Wales is also just a 10-minute walk.

*** The Property
There is one main shared bathroom on the first floor that has been recently re-tiled with a powerful shower over bath. With plans for a new bathroom in the coming months.
