Sunny double room

I have to leave my house to get back to NZ and now its up for grabs. I live with three boys who are all super lovely. They have the usual mix of super chill nights and some party nights but are all respectful of what everyone wants. My room always gets the morning sun which is lush. Garth the landlord is a gem and always fixes our broken stuff on time. Council tax and bills together usually come to 90 each. Message me for a viewing and you can come see the rest of the place 😊
