Hi lovely people,

We have 1 room available for rent available for 2 months until 2nd June. As you will be taking over a tenancy for 2 months until 2nd June the room will be on a sublet basis meaning deposit fees can be waived.

The house is 10 minutes walk from Heath Hospital, 2 minutes’ walk from Whitchurch main road where you have quite a lot of things available including surgery and dental care. We are also 10-15 min walk from Tesco's Extra, Lidl and an Aldi.

This is a three-bedroom house so you will only be sharing with two others. Two sofa areas, dining room, big kitchen and bathroom (shower cabin and bathtub), great patio space, and a bike shed. There is car parking space on the street, which is permit-only.

The room is fully furnished and contains a double bed, desk, and a big wardrobe.

Bills and expenses:
Rent- £420 (not including bills and expenses)

All bills (internet/gas/electric/council tax band D etc ) come to approx. £140 per month. We split the management of the bills between us all and chip in for house cleaning products.

We have a private landlord so no agency hassle. She is excellent when it comes to communication and fixing things. The contract is rolling

Ideally looking for somebody that will respect privacy, but is also up for sharing a meal or/and a drink together occasionally.
