Double bedroom in clean and friendly house

After two years of happy home sharing, one of our current housemates is leaving our lovely Pontcanna home. As a result, we have a bedroom available from the end of July.

THE HOUSEMATES
We are Ana, David, Alex and Marcelo, a clean, friendly and fun bunch of professionals in our twenties/thirties. Every now and then we enjoy having a discussion over a glass of wine, cooking a spontaneous dinner, watching a new episode on Netflix, or going out for a cycle. We are easy-going, respectful, and we keep the house both clean and joyful :-)

THE HOUSE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Lovely three-story Victorian house, fully furnished. The bedroom available is on the second floor and has a bed, room for a desk and built-in wardrobe. In terms of communal space, there is a cosy living-room and a huge kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, microwave and oven. Our gorgeous garden has a gazebo, an outdoor seating area and a big gas BBQ. We have one large bathroom, shower room and a separate WC.

Pontcanna is a lovely area to live in. Our house is on a very quiet and calm street, super close to several nice bars, restaurants, a Co-op supermarket and two trendy commercial courtyards.

We split rent equally, £320 each per month. Council tax and bills (including 100Mbps fibre) are on top and come to roughly £100-£130 per person.
