Hello, 3 post graduate girls looking for a roommate to fill the house listed. We are friendly and clean and are looking for someone the same!
The room available is the ground floor middle. Tenancy starts on 25th September, so rent starts from then (£60 for this month, £300 for next month and thereafter). Bills will be around £35-£40 per month on top of the rent (gas, electricity, wifi and water).
