Hi, my name is Olivia and I am looking for friendly, clean, and respectful people to join us!
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are available at £625 pcm. They both have a double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws, and wardrobe. The room is fully decorated to a high standard.
A large modern kitchen/living area plus conservatory is accessible for everyone. The house has comfy sofas plus two dining areas. The living room has a 43” TV with loads of online streaming services included. All communal areas are cleaned weekly.
Super fast virgin media fibre broadband throughout the house with average download speeds of 362 mbps (so they tell me😉).
To avoid any morning queues, there’s two bathrooms in the property. Washing machine provided. 2 fridge freezers in the kitchen so plenty of space for everyone!
The house has a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy, the corner of the garden gets late evening sun which is lovely in the summer! Comfortable garden furniture is provided!
Bike shed available!

House is in a really safe area of Cardiff. House also has burglar alarms.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
*We do have a cat and dog on the property who live separately from the main house but do spend time in the main house sometimes*
The house is a 7 minute walk or a 4 minute cycle to the Heath Hospital (University Hospital of Wales). A 4 minute walk to Birchgrove bus stop 1 which has loads of bus routes that go by UHW, Cardiff City Centre, and Cardiff Bay. It is a 20 minute walk to the Heath train station. The house is also situated a 3 minute drive away from the A48 which leads directly to the M4. We are also a short walk from the beautiful Taff trail! The house is close to lots of shops, pubs, and local amenities on Whitchurch road and in Birchgrove.
I am a live in landlord and therefore am super responsive of any problems or issues. This house is our home so is decorated to a high standard throughout and is really cared for. I am looking for people that will treat this place like it is there own. I would love someone to join us who is friendly, clean, and tidy.
