The room and flat is fully furnished with all commodities sorted. The double bedroom includes a wardrobe, bed, side table, desktop, 2 lamps and electric heating.

The spacious living area is merged with the open kitchen with all appliances like hobs, oven, washing machine/tumble dryer, sink and fridge/freezer included.

The bathroom is shared and includes a shower, toilet and sink.
