Jamie & Ollie are looking for a 3rd person to share our home in Whitchurch - just up the road from UHW, just a 12 minute drive or bike ride. 3 minute walk to Whitchurch train station.
The house has 2 double bedrooms and a small box room.
We have a large garden cabin where we accommodate guests and occasionally Chloe who does regular cleaning and maintenance on the property and garden.
The house is currently being re-decorated as the current tenants are moving out.
We have a large sociable garden, its a lovely place to relax and entertain in the summer months.
The house has recently had a bathroom renovation.
The house has been hosting lodgers and housemates for the last 20 plus years, and we are excited about having someone new.
We have 2 cats and occasionally visiting family dogs.
Jamie, 27 & Ollie 26, Occupy the rear bedroom. Jamie works as an activities coordinator in Bupa. Ollie is an electrician.
We have local allotment if you are interested in growing veggies.
The house is friendly and relaxed, we are not a party house but we do like to socialise.
We have good broadband, plus Netflix. We also have tumble dryer.
If you work from home a desk can be provided, tho a rent supplement may be discussed for the increased energy costs.
There is a nature reserve at the top of the street and plenty of nice pubs & restaurants in the village.
You can walk or ride along the Taff Trail into the city centre too.

We are looking for tidy, friendly person that likes a chat and we do enjoy a communal meal every couple of weeks or so or perhaps the odd pub quiz & games night.
We like to find someone that fits the vibe of the house so please come for a chat and a coffee if you are interested.
We will require 2 months rent up front - this covers your rolling month contract and 1 month held as a deposit.
We require 2 months notice to exit the rolling contract.
£670 monthly rent covers all of your bills.
We will also consider short term lets, we are happy to discuss this.
We will also require a reference from your current landlord to ensure you are a good previous tenant.
