Double room in shared, professional house Cardiff

Double bedroom available in our well-presented house, well-located near Cardiff centre.
Rent is £400/pcm including water, broadband and tv licence. Additional bills are affordable. The room (as pictured) is partially furnished.

We're situated near Heath/Cathays area, about 10-minute drive to the centre and close to amenities (including food shops, cafes, take-aways, restaurants, parks etc.).

We are seeking a housemate of similar age who preferably is tidy, considerate, friendly and a professional, working normal hours. Sorry, no students.

Currently, there are two professional girls living in the household (25 and 28). We are kind, sociable and tidy and both enjoy hobbies including baking, jogging, reading, walking and watching films/netflix.
