Double Room in Luxury Cardiff Bay Flat

Double room available to rent from mid July

I have an ensuite in my bedroom so you'd have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom.

Furnishings include double bed/mattress chest of drawers and bedside table.

I am usually pretty busy with work and other commitments which may suit if you currently WFH. However i would ideally like someone who has a bit going on themselves, chilled out and keeps the place clean and tidy (to facilitate said chilling!). It would be good to arrange a viewing/chat to make sure it’s a good fit.

This apartment block also has exclusive access to a raised garden area that overlooks the boat pontoons.
