The house is on Llanishen Street just off Whitchurch Road. The room is the upstairs middle room, average size single bed, wardrobe, chest, desk etc.

The other tenants are four males, mixture of students/masters/just graduated.

Ideally person will be a student/masters. Overseas Ok.

The house has a large kitchen diner which is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet.

Rent is inclusive of gas, electric, water, wireless broadband at £475 per month. Bond £100. Student required as council tax exempt.
