I have lived here for 4 years since I bought the place but am moving to London in December (for a year or 2 or more…) so you will have the whole house (other than my room and office) to yourselves most of the time, I only plan on coming back once, maybe twice, a month fairly infrequently for weekends etc.

Kitchen includes large dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery.

There is a big low maintenance garden (astro turf) with decking and a back gate for easy bike storage.

Rent for a couple is £1,250 per month or £650 per month per person if 2 individuals.
