Double bedroom bills Included

-Available from mid December 2020
-I am leaving before my contract ends in March, so the rent from December-March will be paid to me. After March it will be paid to the landlord
-4-month minimum contract
-All bills included, Netflix subscription included, a living room Included.
-Fully furnished with a double bed, the bedroom is downstairs，has a clothes rail, drawers and build-in closets. The table and chair in the first picture may be taken by me or you could discuss it with me if you want them.
-Sharing with 3 other housemates
-a kitchen with oven microwave fridge and freezer, a washing machine. 2 bathrooms and a back yard.
