Lovely double in friendly professional house

We have a lovely room available in our friendly house share with traditional fireplace which is fully furnished with white IKEA furniture. The house is also right by roath park.

The house is well kept and pretty and in a great location which also benefits from on street parking. 2 bathrooms a large kitchen with breakfast bar, double doors to garden and a separate living room.

Housemates are super friendly and are currently working in public affairs and insurance. We all get on and have a chat in the kitchen. We are all mature professionals in 9-5s looking for someone similar, not a party household at all but will occasionally go for dinner.
