En-suite Double Room to rent Canton

En-suite Furnished Double room for rent in a two bedroom house on ‘The Mill’ estate in Canton. All bills included, excellent Broadband and TV package. I’m a professional who does shift work. A but of a balancing act but I enjoy my own space and also having someone to have a chat with, watch a movie, have a beer and a laugh with. Whilst I want you to feel at home and having friends over is cool - I don’t want to come home after a twelve hour shift to a house full all the time 😀. Im neat, clean and tidy and expect housemate to be the same. I have a cleaner who comes around once a week to clean the house (including the rented room and ensuite) which is included in price. I’m not a party animal by any stretch of the imagination, but happy to go to pub and do some mild socialising. House is on the market so I can’t guarantee more than three months - but I might consider not selling and just staying put. Anyway, if I haven’t put you off drop me a message.
