Room in spacious flat by the park

I have a spare room in my flat and am looking for someone to share my home with. The flat is a large two bed overlooking Roath pleasure gardens from Ninian road. You will be sharing with me and my two adorable kitties Jules the Ragdoll and Ralph the greedy Persian. I am a 27yo lawyer currently working from home. In my spare time I like to cook and enjoy working out or chilling in the jacuzzi at David lloyd down the road followed by drinks or dinner down on wellfield road. The flat is in a wonderful area a stones throw from Roath lake, the rec and Waterloo gardens and the local cafes, restaurants and bars provide ample entertainment. I’m looking for someone fun and chilled out to share with who will be a friend as well as a room mate. The room has a king size bed and chest of drawers and is south facing so gets the most lovely light throughout the day. The flat is stunning and must be viewed to be fully appreciated. All bills included including gas, electric, water, council tax, sky tv, netflix, prime and disney+ (all necessary during the pandemic!).
