Double room available in 2 bed houseshare in a lovely quiet area of Old St Mellons, 3 min walk to the bus stop into Cardiff centre and easy driving access onto the A48/M4. Easy street parking right outside the house.

Bedroom comes with all furniture pictured, including desk/chair/shelves.
Living room includes new 60" TV, comfy sofas and small dining table.
Shared bathroom with shower over the bath and there is a downstairs toilet/sink also.
Brand new kitchen installed less than a year ago which is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, washer/dryer.
The garden is west facing so gets the sun all day in the summer, has outside table/chairs and shed for storage of bikes etc.

About me:
I'm 30, and work full time as a scientist. I like to keep active - horse riding, climbing, cycling, and enjoy a good film/wine/cocktail/games night. Have previously lived in houseshares and always been told I'm easy to get along with! I'm also pescatarian but not a problem if you want to cook meat :)

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, and sociable housemate who will treat the house like their own but also be respectful of our own space.

All bills included apart from gas/electric which would be split equally with myself (Approx £35/month each). Lastly to mention I have an adorable cat living here so anyone interested would need to be an animal lover! 🐱
