Double Room Available

I'm looking for a tenant to share the house with 3 other housemates. They're tidy, respectful, and although busy, like to have a chat and socialize in the evenings whenever possible.

The room available is a double with recently refurbished wooden floors and comes fully furnished with south facing full sized window. The house comes with a patio, garden and bike storage, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The property includes a main living room, and separate dining room. The kitchen comes with a gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer.

The property is a 10 minute cycle/30 minute walk into the city center with local shops less than a few minutes walk away and a large supermarket about a 5 minute drive away. Also close by is the Heath hospital around a 10 minute walk and 20 minute walk to main university buildings.
