Big double room in beautiful house

I've loved living here but am starting placements with my course soonish so don't need the room anymore!

It's a really beautiful house and feels like a proper home - it has everything you need (washing machine, cutlery, etc) and the area feels safe. There's also a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks, and a nice little garden out back.
There's a bathroom upstairs (shower, bath, toilet), a second toilet downstairs, a nice lounge, a conservatory, the nice kitchen.
The bedroom has a desk and loads of wardrobe & drawer space
Walking distance to city centre, and Grangetown's really close and really nice too.

The housemates are great - they're really welcoming and friendly, easy to get on with, tidy and considerate. We've had really nice social time together as well as being able to just have our own space.
One is a full-time professional (Penny) and the other (Noor) is just finishing her medical licensing exam.
The landlord is great too, responsive and friendly and really seems to care that everything's nice for us and properly looked after.

The room will be available from the start of May but could be later if you don't want it from then. I signed a contract which runs until the end of January which you'd be taking over. You'd be able to stay longer than that if you wanted to extend it, and you could stay shorter if you find a replacement.
The landlord asks for: i) 3 months payslips, ii) references from a previous landlord, and iii) deposit to secure the room.

(It's £750/month if a couple takes the room)
