1 room available in 3bed flat £350 pcm

Hi all!

I am moving out of my flat share to move in with my partner so I am looking for someone to fill my room. Both my flatmates are lovely people and I’m actually quite sad to go. It is available from 1st July 2023 (I could arrange earlier if need be) until the end of June 2024. Even though it’s a 12 month contract, it’s very easy to swap in and out of your contract. I’ve been here 2 years and we’ve done it a couple times, it always gets taken up quite quickly on spare room. It’s a pretty cool flat that overlooks wellfield road (prime location) and can even climb out onto the roof which is nice on summer days! Rent is £350 pcm and extras include WiFi(£19.67), council tax (£50.67) & electricity (first year bills aren’t included so we’re not too sure on the amount). There is no designated parking but you can find lots of spaces around the area, I’ve never struggled to find a space. Looking for someone nice, clean and sociable!
