Bedroom in 2 bed flat share

Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to share this lovely two bed flat with me from 1st July as my current flatmate is moving out to buy their own place. Rent is £437 and bills come to around £120 a month on top of that. The bedroom is partially furnished (comes with bed and chest of drawers) but you will need to buy a wardrobe/desk/ whatever else you require. The bedroom isn’t en suite but has its own bathroom just outside the room so practically is! I’m a 26 young professional and enjoy doing my own thing, but I’m also ideally looking for someone that I can enjoy the flat with and have a few dinners/drinks with!
