I'm looking for a new flatmate to potentially move in from 1st February/1st March for a minimum 12 months. References, an employment check & 3 months of bank statements will be required.

Vetting / meeting up for coffee / viewing a few times can be done! Please tell me about yourself, your daily/work routines, values, interests, cleanliness habits, what you're looking for in a flatemate/share etc.

🌟 It is a top floor/2nd floor attic flat, you will have your own double room with furniture and your own separate bathroom. Bills are not included and come to approx. £160 - £200 each p/m (this includes electric, water, CT & Internet + the rise in energy prices)

Super close walk to Cathays, Roath, Heath, Bute Park, North Road, Western Avenue and 20mins walk to town. Near Gabalfa Roundabout for the motorway and various bus stops and spaces for parking near Africa Gardens. There is no parking permit available unfortunately, but plenty of residential parking so it shouldn't be an issue. (I don't drive and walk everywhere)

🙋‍♀️ I'm 29, lived in Cardiff for 10+ years now and work for a University. I will be working from home 2 days week in the shared space and out early mornings. I like going to art shows and live gigs too so new flatmate who is up for this is sweeeet :)

I enjoy art, fashion, sewing, drawing & painting, photography, going for coffee, gigs & music, watching youtube, crime docs/dramas & drag race, keeping up with politics, plants, vegan cooking & baking, going for walks around the parks, putting the world to rights over wine.

I'm all about cleanliness and keeping organised, if you are environmentally/energy conscious and savvy about recycling & food waste then major bonus :)

This is a chilled space and a real home, I've been here for 3 years now so I'm looking for someone who also wants a home environment. (Home really means a lot to me). if you're looking for a long term flatshare and think you would be a good match please get in touch :)
