Double bedroom available in a 4-person house share in Splott. Our housemate is moving as she has bought her own place.

The room:
Large and sunny bedroom on the second floor. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Furniture can be seen in the pics. Space to WFH, room for desk if wanted.

The house:
Rent is managed by the landlord who we deal with directly. The homely, clean 4-bed house is split over two floors with a big living room and a lean-on room at the back. There’s a lovely garden which catches the sun until late in the evening. The kitchen is spacious with a dining table and has plenty of freezer space. There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor. One with a bath, one with a shower, both with toilets.

The housemates:
Friendly, male professionals in our 30’s. We are looking for a sociable, tidy and easy-going housemate who is up for having a laugh, hanging out and sometimes cooking meals together.

The area:
Located near the Co-op on Splott Road, it’s a 30 min walk to central and less than 10 mins walk to the nearest Lidl.

Rent: £350 per month (council tax and broadband included)
Bills: Utilities around £50 per month

Available from 1st July.
