(In Referencing) Double Room By Town Centre

looking for someone to take the place of my current flatmate for a tenancy that runs until April 2022. The property is a ground floor house/flat conversion located on Bedford Street (5 minutes from the city centre) and is on all the main transport links.

Ideally, I’d like someone quiet(ish) with similar interests who’s relatively sociable. I enjoy a drink and going out every now and again but no party animals. I like cooking loads of nice food for myself and others and cycling (when my bikes not broken down 🤦🏻‍♂️) I work as a graphics designer for a vehicle wrapping company full time so I’m out of the flat 8 til 6 through the week.

The room is 11ft x 8ft and comes with a wardrobe and drawers (no bed as the flat is rented part furnished). The room will take a double bed but there won’t be a great deal of floor space around it hence advertising as a single room.

There is no communal living room, just the hallway with communal kitchen and bathroom. There is a back garden that is accessible through my room that is a lovely sun trap when the weathers nice. You’re more then welcome to access this at any point whether I’m home or not through my room as I’m pretty chilled.

Bills are not included but usually come to around £130 a month each for everything (electric, water, c tax, internet)
