Room for rent in Roath!!!!

Me and my friend Rob are looking for a new housemate to share our lovely house with. We're very sociable, we love meeting new people and enjoy drinking lots of tea! We live centrally. The nearest shops and bus stop are under 5 minutes walk. And it's a 20 to 30 minute walk to city centre.
The room is fully furnished. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared and there's even have a lovely garden.
