We have a cleaning rota and a bin rota and it all works harmoniously!

We are just as likely to be in our lovely sun trap garden on a warm day with the BBQ on, as we are to be sat in our shared communal living room watching TV or having a natter.

Lovely communal garden with sun from 12pm til 7pm (when it is out) !

2 fridge freezers.. Communal sitting room with Leather Sofas and Large Flat Screen, TV.

High speed fibre broadband. All bills included.

2 mins walk to Roath Park and 5 mins to Roath Park Lake.

10 mins walk to Wellfield Road and Albany Road.

10 mins walk to Heath Hospital.

20 mins walk to Cardiff City Centre.

Convenience store opposite house which comes in very handy.
