Looking for someone to take over my lease at Haward Gardens in Cardiff (Standard room).

Haward Gardens is about a 9-minute walk from Cardiff Queen Street Train Station and a 20-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station. There are plenty of food and supply shops nearby.

There are many on-site facilities available at Howard Gardens including - A free gym, a cinema room, and a Games room. There is also storage for bikes that is locked and can only be accessed by those with bikes.

The room itself has a large desk with plenty of sockets for electronics and a fast and reliable WIFI connection delivering around 100mbps (Provider - ASK4). A double bed with space underneath for storage, a wardrobe, and a good amount of shelving. Along with this the room has its own heating system so you can change it to how you prefer. The flat has a very very large shared kitchen with three fridge freezers, a smart tv, three sofas, 2 electric ovens, a free dishwasher, a free washing machine and dryer and more can be seen on Prime Student Living Howard Gardens website (along with more photos).

The 8 other tenants are all lovely energetic people who you're sure to have plenty of laughs and fun with.

The tenant is required to be a full-time student and must place a £250 deposit that will be returned to them after moving out unless you choose to extend your lease for another year where the deposit is carried over. The initial installment will be needed before moving in with the other two installments being paid on the 10th Jan 2022 and 25th Apr 2022. The current lease ends on 15/07/2022.

I have been told that there is a very long waiting list if you go through them directly.
