Double room in 2 bedroom flat available

It is a two bedroom flat so it is currently just myself living there. It is located on Richmond Road in the Roath area of Cardiff and is a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The building has a driveway that serves as first come first serve for the five flats and can fit two vehicles. Permits are also available to obtain from the council for street parking.

Rent and bills inc council tax come to between £500-£550 (rent itself is £765 for the flat). As the room available is smaller than my room I am happy to weigh the rent with that in mind, i. e. £40 difference for example.

I am 24 years old and work as a data analyst and will be splitting my working time to 3 days at home and 2 in the office usually. I am clean and tidy and like music, sports and socialising. I am quiet during the week and often play tennis, badminton or squash in the evenings and like to relax at the weekends by going to the pub and/or watching football.
