One room available in a five bed shared house on Llanishen Street. The property is 5 - 10 minutes walk from Heath hospital, and 20 - 25 from Cardiff Met Llandaff and 20 - 25 to Cardiff University. Near Whitchurch Road and direct buses into the centre.

The other tenants are all females so a female would be strongly preferred. There is a mix of masters students/working, some on two year graduate visas. This is a reasonably quiet house. All very friendly.

The room available is the upstairs middle room, with a double bed, IKEA wardrobe, desk, chest. Lots of light. Recently refurbished.

The house has one bathroom and a second toilet.

Rent is £495pm including utility bills, council tax, water and wireless broadband. Bills normally per romm amount to £100 -£120 pp so this is a net £390 - £400pm
