The other tenants are all females so a female would be strongly preferred. There is a mix of masters students/working, some on two year graduate visas. This is a reasonably quiet house. All very friendly.

The room available is the upstairs downstars room, small to medium, with a double bed, IKEA wardrobe, desk, chest. Lots of light.

The house has one bathroom and a second toilet.
