Large room available in 2 bed flat

Large double room is available to rent in a really nicely done two bed flat close to the city centre. I'm looking for someone to take over the rest on my contract so I can move in with friends. My current flatmate (who will remain in the flat) is a lovely nurse who works long shifts and is rarely in the flat. You would share a living room and Kitchen with him but would have your own bathroom each. The bathroom you would have would have a bath and shower combo. There would be a parking space available in the gated car park. The rent I believe includes water rates but other bills are cheap. It's a really lovely flat and I'm only moving as I want to live with friends. Perfect work from home space. Photos are from videos of my room and the bathroom.
