The rooms are only available short term as the house is currently for sale but I have not yet found a new house so it is likely to be minimum 3/4 months until I move.

2 Double rooms available to rent in homely house share in Splott. 20 minutes walk to the city centre and good bus links. Quiet side road which has good on street parking and a park at the end. It’s also close to shops and doctors/pharmacy.

Downstairs room comes furnished with queen bed, a bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookcase.

Upstairs room comes furnished with double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

House is recently renovated and consists of an open kitchen diner with breakfast bar, communal living room, bathroom with over bath electric shower and basin and separate toilet with basin. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge freezer, oven and hob. There’s also a garden with outdoor sofa.

It’s a 3 bed house share. Interests include cycling and enjoy a range of activities including trips to the theatre, games nights and a good pub quiz. Also love being outdoors for walks/runs and have a paddleboard. Would love to hear from people who think they’ll fit in well.

Rent is £600 pcm which includes all bills. Bills included are fast broadband, council tax, water rates, tv licence, gas and electric.
