En-suite double room in sociable house in Cathays

Furnished double room with en suite bathroom in a three bed house in Cathays.

We're looking for a tidy, sociable housemate to join us (F21, M28). We like going out for walks, cycling, gardening, cooking and going out to the pub. We like our own space but mainly like hanging out in the living room.

The house is well maintained, with a large, comfortable living room as well as a spacious kitchen with a seating area. We also have a small but very nice garden with a lawn, outdoor seating area and a BBQ. 10-15 minute walk to town centre.
