Double bed in friendly student house - 1st July -

We're offering a double-bed room in a friendly house as one tenant is graduating. The house has a comfortable living area, kitchen with generous cupboard space and a separate washer and dryer. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom on the ground floor, If parking is required, a permit can be requested.

We're fun, yet studious as we're fourth year medical students. We're also a multi-cultural household with Brazillian, Nepalese and Indian heritage!

We're looking for a student who enjoys having a clean and sociable environment.

The area is very safe with many families living on the street. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants at the end of the road, making food trips very convenient. The Heath Hospital is a 10 minute walk away and has excellent bus links around the area.
