Lovely double room in Pontcanna family home

We are looking for a professional or mature student to be a lodger for a lovely large double room in our family home. We have 2 teen children and a beautiful lurcher dog.

There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed and bedside table. Wifi is included in the £560 monthly rent, as are all bills apart from landline phone. We also have a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

The house is great and we're friendly folks. It's large with a huge kitchen/diner space with all mod cons and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and downstairs toilet.

There is a park next door, lovely shops, cafes and restaurants opposite and town is just a 15 minute walk or very short bus ride.

The house is non-smoking.

Viewing highly recommended after 6 most evenings and all day at weekends.
