I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

This is a studio student accommodation. The contract is until September 2nd. If desired, it can be extended until the next year.

All-inclusive utility bills

- 3/4 sized double bed with under-bed storage and bedside table
- Private en-suite bathroom
- Private kitchen with fridge, oven, and induction hob
- Study space with desk and desk chair
- Wardrobe and chest of drawers

There is an On-site Gym, Communal Area With Games Table and 5 minutes walk to Cardiff University and the College of Music and Drama.
