Small Double with Ensuite in Charming Home

I'm Emma, I'm a teacher and from Cardiff although I have lived in loads of places in the UK and abroad. I'm looking for a laid back person or maybe two to share my little(ish) house in Thornhill for what would probably be not more than six months. It's a calm household with a lovely secluded garden. There's a lot of privacy for each person here but also a friendly vibe if people want to chat and cook together. Friends tend to visit for games, dinner or just chatting in the garden 2 or 3 times per month- so come and join us :-)

The house has a shared open plan downstairs area leading to a large patio and garden surrounded by trees. It's not large, but has many bathrooms and is well-configuered. Room 1 is a small double room with a lovely view, and comes with additional clothes storage and priority use of a family sized bathroom. Room 2 is a downstairs room with a low mobility shower, sink and w/c in the room. Off street parking is also available and futher storage in the shed.

Initially I am looking for someone for up to 6 months, but longer may be possible. I found my previous lodger on this site two years ago and it worked out really well. He is now moving away from the area but is available to chat with any potential new lodgers.

The local bus is the 27. It takes me 6 minutes to walk to the bus stop but Google maps says 10. It's not difficult to get to the city centre on the bus except in rush hour when it's time consuming, especially in the evening rush hour. The train station is Lisvane and Thornhill and is a 15 minute walk. It's 3 train stops to Queen Street Station which takes 11 minutes. I usually work near town three days a week and can usually give morning lifts.
