En-suite room in Roath. LGBT household

I have a lovely decent sized room available with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room.

The house is a Victorian semi in Roath, just off Newport Road, and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The house has 2 living rooms, a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and all other mod cons, and a small south facing garden.

You would be sharing with me and potentially one more person, plus one very relaxed and quiet small dog who spends most of her life sleeping.

I’m young at heart, enjoy having friends over for a good meal etc but also like my quiet time. Ideal housemate would be someone sociable but chilled.
