House share with live in landlord. Approx 10 minute walk to city centre. Seeking professional who must like dogs as I have a 13 year old spaniel that resides here. Would consider occupants to have own pet but it would be essential that they get on with my dog. I am friendly and sociable and pretty easy going so it would be nice to hang out in the evenings but no pressure to do so.
