as I'm leaving Cardiff for the summer, my studio at Adam Street Gardens (Premium Range 2) is available as of 21st of June till the 21st of July.
It is quite close to the city centre/Cardiff Queen Street station (about 5-7min walk), to Cardiff Uni's Engineering buildings (ca. 5min), and the Cardiff Central train station (ca. 12min).
It has an ensuite with a shower, a kitchen with a hob and a microwave. The rent includes all bills and broadband/wifi (100 Mbit/s).

The "sublet" will be processed by Unite Students directly (I would forward your contact information) or you can inquire with them directly.
