I'm looking for 1 more lodger to join myself and 3 others in my recently renovated house in Rhiwbina. It's important to me that whoever moves in is a good fit for the house and easy to live with.
This is a professional house share which would suit full time professionals looking for a clean, sociable, relaxed, friendly environment (not a messy party house). Previous housemates have worked in the city centre, plus the following hospitals: CRI, UHW, Llandough, Princess of Wales with easy access to all locations.
KINGSIZE ROOM:
£750pcm including ALL bills (gas, elec, water, WIFI, TV license and BT fibre 900 broadband and council tax)
The room is furnished with a Kingsize bed, Large, mirrored, double wardrobe, 2 x bedside tables and lamps, 1 x ottoman bench. There is room for a desk and I can provide one if you wish.
The furniture can be moved around the room if you prefer another layout. You would be sharing 2 bathrooms with 2 other lodgers.
About us:
-We are all female, but have been a mixed household in the past. We are open to male or female housemates!
-We are British, aged 28-30, all full time professionals (2 x medical professionals, sports nutritionist and a property manager)
- We are friendly, and enjoy keeping fit/living healthy lifestyles. We aren't wild party animals but do enjoy the odd ‘house social’ and will chill out together in the evenings with whoever is about. Our hobbies include going to the gym, playing tennis/running/hiking/ cycling/ going to the pub, chilling out watching TV/ cooking etc. We each also like to have time relaxing in our own space and the house is large enough to allow for that. It’s rare that all of us are in at once, due to work and social schedules.
-Some of us have partners but they only stay at the house occasionally. I do not rent rooms to couples and do not want partners staying over multiple nights a week.
What I’m looking for:
- a friendly, clean and tidy housemate!
- You must be happy to live with animals. I have a 3 year old ragdoll cat who is very friendly and I occasionally look after our family dogs (a cavapoo and spaniel).
- You must be in full time employment, ideally not working from home all the time.
- If you have partners they are welcome to stay over 1-2 nights a week. I'm happy for you to have friends over occasionally for dinner/catch up etc. providing they are respectful to the house/housemates.

-Easy access to M4, A470 and A48
- 7 Minute taxi to city centre.
-10 minute train to city centre.
- Walking distance around 25 minutes to Heath Hospital or 10 minute cycle.
-Less than 5 minutes walk to Rhiwbina and Birchgrove train stations plus regular bus links into town.
- Hill Snook Park is a few doors down.
-Less than 5 minutes walk from Caedeyln Park
- Wenallt Woods and other walking routes such as Taff trail and Cardiff North ridge walk are not far.
- Less than 5 minutes walk to Rhiwbina Village and 15 minutes to Whitchurch village shops/cafes and restaurants
-Within walking distance to Morrison's, Lidl and Aldi and Tesco Express, Marks and Spencer Supermarkets.
-10-15 minute walk to Llanishen Retail park
-Nearest Gyms: Llanishen Leisure centre, JD Llanishen, Bannatynes Llanishen, Pure Gym Eastern Avenue. Village Hotel Gym Whitchurch. Crossfit gyms in Llanishen industrial estate. 15 minute drive to David Lloyd's Cardiff.

- 6 double bedrooms (4 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor) Myself and my sister (who visits every few months) have our own rooms on the top floor and will share our own bathroom.
