Double Room in Cardiff Home

A double room is available in our 4 bed home from 01 February as our current housemate has bought her own property! Myself and the two other remaining tenants are a student nurse, research finance officer and teaching assistant. Laura works part time from home. We sign a 12 month contract but this has flexibility provided a replacement tenant is found.

The house is located just off Whitchurch Road, in close proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants, a gym and both Roath and Bute Parks. The city centre is a 30 minute walk or a short cycle away (we have a bike shed), with regular buses from Whitchurch Road also. We keep the house tidy and clean in the communal areas, it is very much a home opposed to a student-like house share!
Residents parking only. Both permits are currently in use, but there is usually parking available on streets nearby.

The majority of bills are included in the rent (water, council tax, internet) with gas and electricity currently coming to approximately £40 per person per month. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, separate tumble dryer and washing line in our suntrap garden - which is also ideal for a glass of wine on those summer evenings!

We're all sociable, often out and about at weekends/evenings, but enjoy having a film (or trashy TV series), takeaway and some drinks when we can! We're friends as well as housemates but all have our own individual lives and friendship groups and are looking for someone similar to share our home :)
