Double room available for professional in a 3-bed houseshare. Ideal location - 5 minutes to city centre and 15 minutes to Cardiff Bay but very quiet area.

Photo on ad is old, from when it was bring used as guest bed/office space, but is currently fully furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat has an open plan kitchen, dining space and living room, as well as family bathroom. There is also two storage cupboards, an allocated parking space and a guest car park pass (neither of which are in frequent use as neither of us have a car!).

Current tenants are 24F and 26M, both professionals. We are friends and would like to be friendly with a new housemate, in an ideal world, but do respect our own space and mainly looking for someone clean and polite.

Bills are handled by current tenant and are as follows:
