The flat has an open plan kitchen, dining space and living room, as well as family bathroom. There is also two storage cupboards, an allocated parking space and a guest car park pass (neither of which are in frequent use as neither of us have a car!).
Current tenants are 24F and 26M, both professionals. We are friends and would like to be friendly with a new housemate, in an ideal world, but do respect our own space and mainly looking for someone clean and polite.
Bills are handled by current tenant and are as follows:
WiFi (5th) - £11.67
Electric (21st) - £40
Council tax - £78.35
